Our head teachers are meticulously selected based on their experience, credentials, educational background, and their passion for child development. All head teachers have either completed or are working towards their NYS teaching certification. This includes a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, pursuing a Master's Degree in said area, and completion of education workshops and corresponding exams. Teachers also take part in continuing education workshops that are age-appropriate for the children in their care. The staff is also given regular professional development throughout the year.
As with our head teachers, our assistant teachers are also meticulously selected, based on their experience, educational background, credentials, and passion for working with children. Assitant teachers must have at least one year experience working with young children, as well as the completion of the NYS Assistant Teacher Exam.

Class Ratios
2-3 years old
6:1 ratio with 12 children maximum and 2 teachers
3-4 years old
7:1 ratio with 15 children maximum and 2 teachers with an aide stepping in to assist when needed
4-5 years old (Pre-K)
9:1 ration with 18 children maximum and 2 teachers
